So that is how I made my decision. Eva and I clicked from the very start!!! Eva was patient with my "first time seller" nerves! She led me thru every step of the process. She was fantastic! She was patient with me when I was very nervous. MOST IMPORTANT - she understood my desire to keep my cats in my house until I sold, even during the open house and tours and still keep them safe. I didn't want to board them for the time it took me to sell the house. She would be excellent with any seller!!! With first time sellers, her knowledge and patience would make the experience easier. Eva gave excellent suggestions to help improve the appearance of my home to attract buyers. Any buyer or seller would be lucky to have Eva in their corner!
