Mrs. Faye was so helpful and patient throughout the whole house-buying experience. She was very knowledgeable about the houses we saw and the surrounding neighborhoods. Whether we needed a plumber, an insurance agency, a contractor, or a loan officer, Mrs. Faye had a number and a contact that we could use. If she thought that a contractor's price quote seemed too expensive, she would personally shop around until she found us a better deal. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a good buying, renting or selling experience.

Something should be said about how she handled all the inspections as the buyer really over did it on his part. She attended every walk through, appointment and regularly worked on this till late at night. She had the yard looked after, dealt with a tenant that lived at the house and then had to move out. Faye probably has nightmares about this house but never said one negative word!
