We trust her completely and her style, honesty, work ethic, along with attention to detail and the fair treatment of all parties involved has stunningly impressed us. I would trust Faye with anything. Seriously. There is just something about her complete honesty, even when it might not be helpful to her position, that one cannot help but respect completely. Faye is perfect and seasonable in all ways in that she can and will present to you many ways to consider a problem and then help you choose a way to solve it that best suits your needs. If there were to be a column that could express more than excellent, then I would check it in every block. Another agent in the company represented the buyer. We felt completely confident about this and at no time were we given any reason to feel otherwise! NOBODY knows the market as well as Faye Guin. That's a fact.
