Felicia was very knowledgeable & resourceful, She was always ready to hear us out and made herself available at all times. She went out of her way & responsibilities to help us with every minor problem we faced during the process. For Ex. - when our basement got flooded on the morning of a showing, it was Felicia who came to our rescue and scheduled a plumber to come and fix the problem asap. There was absolutely nothing that she did not have an answer to or did not find a solution to. We are extremely happy with Felicia, will use her services again and again if required and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a broker.
