Felicia has always struck me as a very honest and dependable person and I felt that I could trust her in all aspects of this negotiation / purchase. Felicia was amazing! she understood my buying criteria and respected the limited time that I had to invest in this process. Felicia made her schedule work so that she was available every time that I needed her. Felicia did a great job in negotiating this deal on my behalf under some very difficult circumstances including a seller who was "out of the country" during part of the negotiation process. Lastly, Felicia was very helpful in recommending service providers (movers, home improvement contacts etc) and was especially helpful and mindful of other critical aspects of moving like gas, electric, phone and internet providers and suggested timelines for switchover. This was particularly helpful to me as I travel often and like many others have a "to do list" the size of Texas!!
