I liked Frank Binnendyk's familiarity with the neighborhood and we received positive comments from a nearby neighbor who had used him successfully. He was friendly, attentive to our needs and easy to work with. His attention to detail on providing photos and prepping the house was also a positive. Frank was also very responsive and followed up quickly when we had a question or issue. Closing was quick and efficient. From listing to Closing was 11 days!

Frank is a very personable real estate broker, his easy and friendly manner make him very approachable. His communication skills are outstanding; he stayed in touch with us during the entire process. We trusted Franks professionalism and leadership thoroughly; he coached us and led us through the pre-listing, listing, sale and close of our home -the entire process was approximately 30 days! Plus we got well over list price for the home; we could not have done it without his guidance and assistance.

Extremely responsive, clear in communications and expectations from all parties. Predictions of process came to pass exactly as described, overall an excellent experience. Frank Binnendyk was energetic and went above and beyond to move the process quickly. His goal was our satisfaction. He was quick to offer any services he could personally provide. For instance, he replaced batteries and bulbs, made sure the property was clean and ready for showing, gave great sales pitch to neighbors at open house and replied to text inquiries consistently in a matter of minutes which was highly valued as the owners were located across the country! Our family has already recommended him to others in the area and we would definitely use his services again!
