Seller reviewI chose Frank over other realtors because he listened to what I told him about our home and community. He had an amazing personality, and gave me a really good gut feeling. Our home needed some renovations to the flooring and paint, that we originally intended to do before putting on the market to maximize the sale price, but after the Covid19 we decided to conserve funds. Frank found the perfect new sale price and strategy based on that feedback and our home sold quickly. My first home sale was a constant roller coaster of emotions, disappointments and having to push at the realtor. With Frank it was so easy. His character is so kind and calm that between starting a new job, looking for a new home, in a new state, and selling my home, while when the Covid-19 lock down unfolded, Frank made the selling of my home the best part of my relocation process. I wish he could have managed all the other parts of my life as well! I could have used him out here in Arizona. Thanks, Frank!

Seller reviewI had dealt with Frank Binnendyk previously and knew him to be competent, professional, and completely trustworthy with the responsibility given him to help sell my home. As the sale process progressed and the inevitable twists and turns emerged I became more and more grateful I had Frank working with and for me and my wife. Frank was great to work with for all aspects of the marketing and sale. We communicated often and he provided solid counsel, listened to our input and concerns, and ensured all details were handled. We were in a position to buy our next house before selling the current property. We moved out of the area a couple months before the sale of the current property completed. It was a huge relief to have Frank there, taking care of things, and making sure everything went smooth so that the house could close on time.
