Fred Marcellus kept me informed throughout the process either by phone or email. His assessment of the listing process, realtor/buyer comments, and any adjustments were realistic. He didn't try to rush me to re-evaluate the listing price. It was great to deal with an individual who didn't try to lower the price when offers weren't made immediately.
