Seller reviewHal Brown went far and above the call of duty in the 2 transactions. I was the trustee for my deceased client. Both properties had special needs. Hal did more for the homes than should expected to get them ready for sale and satisfying the requests of the buyers. He was always ready to provide advice and suggestions on what we could do with maintenance and repairs. I could not be more pleased with Hal's professionalism.
