Seller reviewHal went out of his way many times by coming to my place for signatures and to drop off documents. He was always very friendly and helpful. He always gave us notice when he had clients wanting to view our home and was very encouraging when it started to slow down with activity. He really gave me great tips on how to present our home and the photo layout on line was very professional.

He was so willing to show homes and quick to respond in a convient fashion of phone or text. He was great. I appreciated his being aggressive on asking for a concession and being willing to help us get the repairs done prior to our move in. Off the charts gracious and patient. Hal took care of everything so no real opportunity to give feedback. Sorry
