Jacque has been a real asset in our overall home buying experience. She has been really helpful and cooperative. During our first meeting, she asked us the criteria and needs important to us. Based on the inputs we provided, she started showing us different houses and explaining their features. Since it was our first home purchase, explanation given by Jacque really helped us to focus on certain things and ignoring the others. She also encouraged us to provide the honest and true feedback about the homes as well as the agents / sales guys from builders. She used to discuss our feedback and correct us if our assumptions / understanding / evaluations were wrong. This transparency helped us to continue our journey further till we found our new home. We visited our new home 4 times earlier and rejected it 3 times before we decided to go for it for the last time. In a way it tested Jacque's patience but she was cool, calm and co-operative as always. After finalizing the home for purchase, we saw a different Jacque who got further involved into negotiations, home inspections, sharing her guestimates for the inspection credits, etc. She coordinated on our behalf with the seller's agent, used to schedule and reschedule lots of meetings. She even helped us in identifying some of the flaws during inspection and was really patient during this whole process. She helped us with her lender, home inspector, handymen contacts to take care of lots of stuff. Her help during settlement was remarkable. We would like to wish her all the best for her future ventures and will definitely like to work with her again if needed.
