Buyer reviewJacque is nothing short of an outstanding broker. She was willing to travel long distances to show us a variety of properties and was extremely knowledgeable (if she didn't have the answer to a question she knew where to look). Jacque is also very informative and always available, while simultaneously not being pushy to "make a quick sale". We could go on and on about Jacque, but bottom line is she is an outstanding broker.

She helped us understand each community in NOVA and made sure to keep in touch and guide us with information when we started to consider looking for a home. When we finally moved forward with the search, she was patient as we brought forth all of our needs and wants and was able to help us pinpoint what we wanted. She guided us through all aspects of the process and made it less stressful than we expected. I don't know if we would have made it through this process if it wasn't for Jacque Balcells.
