Jackie was the first to respond to a query about the home we were considering buying. She made everything happen! We saw the property the next morning and had an offer accepted the next day. She made sure all of the necessary things happened on time and handled communication as we decided which lender to use. Simply terrific service, professionalism and a warm and demeanor, Jackie is the best!

Jackie gave us great advice in preparing our house for sale and was right on target with the price. We received and accepted an over asking price. Could not have been happier to have Jackie for our agent. She also was our agent in purchasing our current home and could not have been more patient in helping us find just the right multi-generational home. She was on top of every new listing and found us a gem!

Jackie made the entire home-buying process a breeze. I really didn't know what to expect as a first time home buyer and she quickly helped us focus on what matters. She is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the process from the first tour through closing. She is approachable and easy to chat with. I felt like Jackie truly cared about our needs during the entire process!

Century 21 was very prompt in contacting us once we made it apparent we were shopping for a realtor. Jackie was not only personable, knowledgeable, and patient, but also straight forward and honest. She gave us the answers we asked for even if they weren't what we wanted to hear. Specifically, when it came to our post occupancy, which we ended up needing desperately to move once we closed. She was forth coming with her opinion, and I'm glad we took her advice. On top of that, she had to deal with the buyer's agent who was less than honest about their knowledge of the post occupancy. She helped us find our house when we were feeling like every opportunity was flying out of the window. And she was a great source of knowledge when we were considering offers on our home. I would recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a home. She was funny and smart and worked so hard for us! We loved Jackie!!! I explained prior to, in regards to the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one. Jackie was just amazing! She went above and beyond on the post occupancy and put our new home on our radar when we had no idea it was even there. She never made us feel uncomfortable. She was honest with her opinion and forth coming with her advice. She knew everything she should have and then some. Her patience never faltered, and her attitude was always bright and open. Sandy helped us with the closing paperwork of both houses and she was a consummate professional. She explained everything clearly and was patient in answering our questions. Kudos again! Despite my stress level being through the roof... And that's no reflection on them.... I would certainly go back to them for help on our next home purchase. It was nothing but positives from the beginning, and the reassurance I got from working with a professional like Jackie was a great comfort.

Was already working with Jackie on the sale of my current home. The combination of her professionalism, upbeat manner, knowledge of areas in which I was looking and my desires/needs, she was the perfect fit. Always upbeat, professional and willing, Jackie never tired of looking at homes with me. The very large scope of areas, preferred acreage and desirable home type would surely have made any other realtor consider me picky. Not Jackie! We'd looked at several homes the day we saw the home I finally purchased. While I actually leaning towards another home, I couldn't let this one go - even though another offer had already been made. Jackie immediately went to work, provided her recommendations on how to proceed, advising & explaining everything to me. The home had several offers on it. All thanks to Jackie, I came out the winner. She's tops in every category! I am over the moon with joy at the purchase of my new home; my dogs are even happier given all the room and acreage for them to romp and roam. While my home search was often very frustrating, Jackie always calmed me saying that the right home will hit me as soon as I see it. Indeed, it did!

While looking at homes online, Jackie immediately phoned regarding my inquiry of one of the homes. That alone spoke volumes. We discussed the many different areas in which I was interested as well as type of home and acreage I was seeking. When we met a few days later to visit a homes, she provided complete details of each home, including property plats. She was very familiar with each area I was contemplating When first meeting her, it felt like we'd already been friends. It was immediately clear she knew real estate, and thoroughly answered and explained all my questions in layperson's terms. Her upbeat personality and knowledge are exceptional. Jackie was absolute TOPS!! She's a continual thinker with tremendous foresight. Her negotiations skills are unbeatable. The closing was scheduled for noon on a Monday; at 4:45 pm the prior Friday, she phoned with the dreadful news of buyer's funding issue, of which buyer's realtor had just notified her. Not only was this sale in jeopardy, the purchase of my new home - which was to close a few days later -- was in jeopardy as well. Jackie immediately went into warrior mode, working non-stop all weekend working/negotiating with buyer's realtor/lender and my new home's realtor/seller. She kept me unbelievably well informed on every aspect. More so, she was my uber calm in the hurricane. I cannot even contemplate how any other realtor would have so professionally managed this situation as Jackie did. Very, very fortunately - with all thanks to Jackie -- the close went through at the 11.5th hour. Jackie is simply THE BEST!! In addition to what I've already provided regarding Jackie's knowledge, friendliness and professionalism, her communication skills are tops as well. She was extremely responsive and always easy to communicate with either by phone, text or email.
