I was born and raised near Philadelphia and moved to Virginia 15 years ago to experience the country life style with my horses while still being close to DC so I can enjoy the culture and history of the nations capital. I graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS degree and recently earned my GRI certification from the Virginia Association of Realtors. Prior to moving to Virginia, I was a licensed Registered Representative and Principal for an independent securities broker-dealer outside Philadelphia. I stay updated on market conditions and know how to price a home to sell. It's all about staying positive and having someone who can negotiate on your behalf to get it done.

Seller reviewJackie was our buyer broker for our new house so we felt very comfortable using her for selling the house we were in at the time. Jackie gave us great advice on what to do to sell our house quickly. That first weekend of showings we were able to accept an offer. She advised us to set up a spreadsheet to compare offers which let us easily look at all at once and pick the best one.

Buyer reviewWe were buying a house with my parents so we had several must have items in our list that were hard to find. Jackie was great helping us find comps and very patient with us! We found our dream house but thought we lost it to a no contingency offer. Jackie called us right away when she found out the original bid fell through and our revised offer was accepted. She was great working with our lender to make sure the original closing date still would work. She is also working with us to sell our old house and has given us great referrals for painters and carpet. I recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a house.

She is an excellent agent and knows the area well. She knew exactly how to market our house, and it was under contract within one week of listing. We dealt with some very difficult buyers, but Jackie was calm and reasonable throughout the whole process. She helped us keep our cool, too! She stayed on top of the contractors and buyers agent, and made sure the process was as stress-free as possible for us. As a plus, she's a joy to work with. She's always down to earth and isn't afraid to get a little dirt under her nails. We absolutely couldn't recommend Jackie enough.
