Jake is a above average outstanding young man. Very knowledgeable and reliable in his field of excellence. I would recommend Jake to anyone looking for an agent. This young realtor is going to make C21shine and be proud. If you give out awards for excelling in his field he deserve that award. He deserves a raise as he worked 24/7 to make things happen for our sale. There were times, I felt that photos and office things shoulda been done more timely. When the office lady was out of the office. Noone filled in on her job. I was a little frustrated about that, but it all worked out. In my experience someone should be covering when someone else is absent.

I can't say that we were the easiest of clients for Jake Waddel. He adapted for us and made a challenging situation the best it could be. The selling agent was not a good communicator but Jake made the effort to keep us informed of what was being done and what was next. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a home or getting ready to list their home. When he came across something he did not know, he was willing to both admit he did not know and then went out and found the answer. He was very professional and part of our team. Thank you Jake.
