The thought of purchasing a home was extremely stressful prior to meeting with Jake. I won't walk you through my step-by-step experience, but I will point out some highlights of Jake's excellent service. First and foremost, Jake listened to my needs (budget, location, school district, etc.) and my wants (ranch style, Jacuzzi tub, fire places, etc.) and kept his eye on the market for me - keeping me updated as something that fit my criteria popped up on his radar. Secondly, when I came across what I would call a dream home, Jake was willing to show it to me that same day without hesitation! He prepared notes and did his research that afternoon before the showing to make sure he would be able to answer the questions that I had. This was extremely impressive! After I fell in love with this home, he made the process from there very simple for me. He was aggressive when it came to negotiations, he was organized and professional when it came to scheduling inspections and lining everything up for closing, and he was a true partner to me throughout the process. He made everything extremely easy and seamless, answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and I was able to purchase my dream home with the help of Jake Waddell. I will DEFINITELY be referring him to everyone I know!!
