We were thrilled with Jim from the start. We relocated to AK from WA and were living in WA during our search, purchase and closing process. We shared a few listings with Jim we had found online and using them as a benchmark, came up with quite a few more options that were similar. He did an amazing amount of research on each listing and provided us notes on each location that spoke to the house, neighborhood, schools, and commute. When we came up for a weekend visit, which was all the time we had to select a house, Jim had our day planned out.
