When my husband and I found ourselves ready to sell our property it was an easy decision going with Jim again. We had previously used Jim when we purchased our home 6 years prior. We really were impressed with how well Jim presented our home to the market. He hired a professional photographer to take pictures and gave us helpful advice for getting the home ready to show. Jim put our home on the market at the beginning of March. We were in a bit of a unique situation because we needed a delayed closing date for the end of May, due to our timeline of when we would be able to move. Once our house hit the market, Jim had it under contract in 3 days. Unfortunately for us, a few weeks before closing our buyers got cold feet and we found ourselves back on the market. No longer being the hot new home on the market, we were quite concerned we would be leaving the state and not be able to purchase a new home elsewhere because we still owned our original home. Jim was able to get the word out quickly and we were once again back under contract in short order! During this time he was always available to answer any questions and help us get the best sale possible on our home. Jim was also able to put us in contact with fair and proven contractors when we found out our roof needed replacing, saving us thousands of dollars! He was able to help us navigate several stressful situations with professionalism and sound advice. He listened to our needs, concerns, and wants and addressed all of them. Jim truly cares about his clients and is an absolute pleasure to work with.
