During this process I made an offer on a property that I came to believe had been misrepresented by the seller. It was Jamie's investigation into county records, discussions with county commissioners, and impressive research that uncovered what I believe to be the deception by the seller that would have cost me a great deal of money in the end. I backed out of the contract which meant Jamie had to start all over in helping me search for a house. During this process she was always professional in her dealings with me and the seller's agent. She kept me informed of what was going on the entire time. Jamie Clark is the best. I can not imagine there is a better real estate agent anywhere. She doesn't disappear after closing either. She has followed up with me and continued to help me. She has been a valuable resource about the community and has gone above and beyond countless times.
