She advised Janet had worked with her family in the past, knew the mountain community and was above all honest. We found all of this to be true. Janet possessed all the qualities one needs during this decision to sell. She was patient, hardworking and walked us through each stage of the process smoothly. We appreciate her guidance and hard work. The sale went quickly even with an unforeseen "Title" issue arising at the end. She kept in touch by email and phone and we are very happy and recommend her highly.

Seller reviewI took three years to find a buyer and Janet hung in there the whole time. I was a very poor market and I'm sure she deserved a higher commission than she earned but unfortunately I had to dump the property at a great loss.
