Buyer reviewJanet went above and beyond any expectations I had. She was diligent in finding a property for me in the North Fork area even though there wasn't much on the market. She showed me other properties in the surrounding area on a daily basis but knew I wanted a property in North Fork and since I did a 1031 exchange only had 45 days to find something. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for property.

Seller reviewMy long term tenant had to leave for health reasons. I was isolating during the pandemic and hadn't been in the house in years. Janet took care of everything from getting the keys from the tenant to closing the sale. She arranged to have the house cleaned and inspected. She hired a professional photographer and kept me apprised of developments. I was relieved to avoid traveling three hours from home to handle any of the tasks involved. Thank you, Janet!
