None of the above factors influenced our decision, because Jason was assigned to us through the USAA Realtor Rewards program. We couldn't have been more pleased with this assignment. Jason was professional and enthusiastic, and we felt right away that he was going to get us the best possible sale price for our home. We were not disappointed. Jason Smawley was very knowledgeable of the community and assisted in finding us the perfect home. He was open to working around our work schedules, even at the drop of the dime. He is a great realator who cares more about helping you fine the perfect home than just making a fast sale. I would recommend using him.

Jason Smawley is very educated and informed in the areas market. He thinks outside of the box when it comes to his selling and negotiating techniques. I would strongly suggest listing or purchasing any home with him!

I am extremely grateful that I found Jason Smawley! My house had set on the market for 6 months with only 8 showings with 4 of them being serious buyers. My previous agent listed it, put a sign on it and gave us a laundry list of what to do to my 64 year old house to sell it. It was already in good shape. We complied with the suggestions, even down to putting a white cover on the master bedroom bed instead of the red one I had always used. I stopped at taking the floor lamps out of my living room because it was the only light I had in there. After painting 25 gallons on the walls of already newly painted walls, I asked the previous agent what he could do to get more traffic in the house. He NEVER suggested what he could do, but then directed me to start cutting trees. I had had it!! When I asked to get out of the contract in the 5th month due to little to no service, I was promptly told NO. I had to wait it out. So I did and proceeded to interview 8 more agents. Everyone of them wanted me to do silly things like take the coffee table out of the living room, take out the floor lamps, paint the house taupe instead of the 25 gallons of white, and the list went on and on... Finally we found Jason Smawley and he listened, looked at the house and then told us what he was going to do to sell our house. We couldn't believe that we finally found a realtor who actually knew the industry and told us what he was going to do to sell our home that had become stale on the market. We had painted everything but the back porch and he volunteered to take care of it if it ever became an issue. We couldn't believe it! Then he performed a real miracle by getting a contract on my home within 10 days of being on the market!! I had lived in my home for almost 24 years and I loved it. I had no idea about all of the inspections and demands from the buyer's realtor and the buyer that selling one's home in 2016 entailed. The buyer's realtor was a nightmare up until and even after leaving my home and Jason Smawley dealt with her kindly & professionally & took care of me throughout the entire process. Jason stayed on top of his tasks the whole time. He was quick to complete his tasks during the transaction and just as quick to communicate them to me. He was extremely understanding and patient with my lack of experience in home buying. Jason was always willing to walk me through anything I didn't fully understand and was happy to do so!
