Seller reviewJason Smawley is a top shelf kind of real estate broker. His knowledge base is excellent. His ambition and negotiation skills are exceptional as well. We felt as though Jason had our backs through the whole process and went to bat for us when necessary. He listened to our needs and even delivered on some of our wants. We appreciate him so much for doing a stellar job. He came to be thought of as a friend of ours because he was so personable and upfront with us from start to finish. He made himself accessible always and even offered guidance in our out of state real estate endeavor. Jason saved the sale of our home by offering to give up some of his commission to get the deal closed and we have never had an agent who would part with their own money for our benefit! We are so grateful for Jason and wish we could have taken him with us to our new state to represent us in all of our real estate needs. Jason, thank you so much for your hard, efficient, excellent work in getting our home sold! You are next level and raising the bar in real estate!
