My passion for real estate was rooted at an early age. Growing up I spent my summers and holidays helping my grandpa fix up and maintain his rental homes. Maybe it was the relationship I built with him or just the mutually beneficial tenant-owner relationships he built his business model around. Whatever the reason, somewhere along the way I developed an instinctual desire to not only do well for myself but to above all else, make everything I work on a little better than it was before it crossed my path. I grew up in Spokane where I attended Mead Senior High School and later went on to play soccer at Spokane Falls Community College before transferring to Washington State University. There, I majored in general studies with concentrations in business and economics.

Seller reviewI am not a realtor kind of guy. We originally purchased this home as a for sale by owner and were very pleased with how smooth everything went. It was our intent to sell the same way but, as we were located on a different coast, doing so presented difficulties. When Jay contacted us, we laid out very specific requirements that would have to be met in order to proceed with him as our agent. He met or exceeded all of them. He communicated with us when necessary, followed through with everything on his end in a timely manner and was honest and forthright when it came to handling our expectations. Our home sold far quicker than expected due entirely to his efforts. I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Jay to anyone looking to buy or sell.
