My passion for real estate was rooted at an early age. Growing up I spent my summers and holidays helping my grandpa fix up and maintain his rental homes. Maybe it was the relationship I built with him or just the mutually beneficial tenant-owner relationships he built his business model around. Whatever the reason, somewhere along the way I developed an instinctual desire to not only do well for myself but to above all else, make everything I work on a little better than it was before it crossed my path. I grew up in Spokane where I attended Mead Senior High School and later went on to play soccer at Spokane Falls Community College before transferring to Washington State University. There, I majored in general studies with concentrations in business and economics.

Seller reviewI actually had no choice in the selection but am very happy that Ark Law Offices did make the selection. Working with Jay was very easy and his attention to the process was completely transparent to the end. I had little or no involvement and was happy to let Jay handle it all. Jay could not have been more kind and personable throughout the process considering all I had been through with the bank. I told him I did not care how it went down and was frustrated with having to deal with such a useless bank and their total disinterest in the outcome... business as usual was how they went about the process and did nothing to make me want to ever do business with them again. Thank you Jay! I owe you big!

Jay was very patient with us and explained everything, so we could understand. He didnt hover over us which we liked. I can't praise him enough! Usually people buy a house and end up disliking their realtor and we can't say that here. We really did feel special working with him. He made things a breeze for us. Always prompt, and on time.
