Buyer reviewNothing more can be said about Jennifers ability as an agent with regard to the market local. I would recommend her to anybody and their sister. Jennifer exhibited extraordinary abilities as a agent, more knowledgeable and understanding them that of senior agents!! Her abilities were at a higher standards than that of senior agents in the local market. Jennifer was even evaluated as the better agent by the sellers upon closing of our contract. Extremely flexible agent and able to react to change at a moments notice! She will represent my family from now until the day she stops working in real estate! An incredible asset to your company!

Seller reviewThe selling of my home was a long process due to issues on the buyers end. Jennifer did a wonderful job with walking me through ever step. At the beginning of my selling process, I was able to sit down with the brokers and set up a plan best fitted for my home to sell. Within a week of listing the house, we were under contract at my full asking price! I truly felt like I was in great hands and well represented. I would recommend her and Century 21 Solomon Properties again and again.

So much so, that we decided to look at potential homes to purchase. We happen to see and walk into a local Century 21 office and met one of the nicest and most professional real estate agents we have ever met. No aspersions to the industry - in fact my father is a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey. Jennifer Piscopo took time to understand our (real estate) wants and needs, showed us highly relevant properties based on our search criteria, advised us on ALL aspects of the transaction - from initial offer to key contract terms - and communicated often and thoughtfully throughout the process. She works with your schedule, but more than anything she listens to what you want and executes. She made the home buying process a breeze for me, I honestly do not believe I would've had such an incredible outcome without her. She was also so nice and accommodating with my family.
