Buyer reviewAs it took longer and longer for my townhouse to be finished and I became more and more worried, Jennifer calmly reasoned with me and explained why the best course would be to remain patient and wait for my townhouse to be finished. I wanted to give up many times and buy something else, but Jennifer explained to me each time that it would be more expensive to back out than to wait. She did an excellent job keeping me on track and now I'm in my new home.

Buyer reviewAlong with Jennifers extensive knowledge of the area that we were interested in, she was also very quick to respond to our questions and provided answers in a very timely manner and with a lot of knowledge. Since we were out of state, there were times we were unable to personally see properties. Jennifer conducted Zoom meetings with us to walk through potential homes. From the time we made an offer on our house to the closing she was there for us every step of the way. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is property hunting. Despite the challenging market at this time, Jennifer was able to provide a nearly seamless process for us resulting in the purchase of our home.
