Seller reviewFrom day one, Jennifer Steere displayed her professionalism. Her follow-up was outstanding and she always kept me in the loop. She made sure flyers were readily available, that I had plenty of warning before any showing, and that I received feedback. Jennifer's knowledge of the local market, her work on comparables, and her plan on marketing my property was on the mark and well executed. I always felt I could contact Jennifer anytime. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was like having a good friend sell your home. Prior to the final sale of my home, I actually recommended Jennifer Steere to several couples. If I were to sell or buy another home, I would only work with her - she'll get the job done!

She was very accessible and answered any/all questions we had ~ always in a timely manner. Her dedication to us was amazing and she worked hard to get us the home of our dreams. We were treated with so much kindness, compassion and respect which is a true testament to Jennifer's character. We felt secure and supported (almost on a daily basis!) and she was always there to reassure us.

Even though things went wrong through no one's fault, Jennifer just calmly handled everything. She reassured me it would be all right - and it was. She knew the right people to contact and took care of so many little details. I will gladly recommend her to anyone seeking a real estate agent.
