Her helpfulness when there was nothing in it for herself was a key factor. When it came to actually negotiating and buying the house, Jennifer went above and beyond. She did a phenomenal job finding us a home that we loved, showing us the area, and making sure we were COMPLETELY comfortable with the whole process. When we ended up having to put our house back on the market due to another relocation with a new job, we didn't think twice about calling her again. She did a fabulous job communicating with us and keeping us up to date on the sale of our home since we were four hours away. Jennifer Steere is down to earth, very knowledgeable, and takes every aspect of a buyer's preferences when looking for a home. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the area!
