Hello there! My name is Jessica Decker, a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. I am very proud to call myself an area native and true Floridian. I was born in Pinellas County and grew up in St. Petersburg both on and off the beaches as well as in Tarpon Springs before starting my own family and moving to Apollo Beach in 2004. Now the South Shore area is where I call home.
With my local knowledge of the Tampa Bay area and my true LOVE of people, being a Realtor is what I was made to do! I have worked at CENTURY 21 Beggins since 2006 processing the companies listings, contracts, closings, and assisting with agent referrals. The knowledge that I have gained in that position has taught me the importance of having all the necessary documents complete in order to ensure a smooth legal real estate transaction. Having an agent that is diligent with their paperwork is what gives my customers the edge above the rest.
My family has always coined me as "Sunshine" and I must admit it fits! I am a people person that likes to listen and wants to help. With having a total of four kids in my blended family and two big dogs I know how important every detail is!

Buyer reviewWithin the last couple of years I have called Jessica Decker to assist me with looking for a place to live. It started with rentals. I wasn't quite ready, but she remained patient. Finally, I gave her "the call"- I'm READY!!! We were both very excited to find the perfect home for my children and I. She immediately set up what I was looking for in MLS and had them emailed to me as homes were listed, set up appointments and was very vigilant in her search. Alas, after several days of looking at house after house, the perfect one was found. I couldn't have asked for a better location- it was EXACTLY where I wanted to be! Jessica was instantly on it- calling the listing agent and setting up the appointment to view the home. The offer went in first thing in the morning and accepted. Jessica's enthusiasm hit the roof along with mine. 30 days later, the house was mine!! I cannot thank Jessica enough for her dedication and hard work on finding my home. Buyer reviewJessica was the friend of a friend and she ended up being an amazing agent! I would absolutely work with her again and refer her to friends. Jessica was always on top of everything and always available. She notices the little things in homes (such as the condition of piping, A/C, flooring) that can save you from making a bad purchase. She was always working in my favor, even if it meant holding back on making an offer or trying to lower the price. Jessica was willing and able to meet me to view homes whenever she could, even if it meant her driving an hour to see just one place. If you're looking for a home in the Tampa Bay/Sarasota area, don't hesitate to give her a call. You won't be disappointed!
