Hello there! My name is Jessica Decker, a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. I am very proud to call myself an area native and true Floridian. I was born in Pinellas County and grew up in St. Petersburg both on and off the beaches as well as in Tarpon Springs before starting my own family and moving to Apollo Beach in 2004. Now the South Shore area is where I call home.
With my local knowledge of the Tampa Bay area and my true LOVE of people, being a Realtor is what I was made to do! I have worked at CENTURY 21 Beggins since 2006 processing the companies listings, contracts, closings, and assisting with agent referrals. The knowledge that I have gained in that position has taught me the importance of having all the necessary documents complete in order to ensure a smooth legal real estate transaction. Having an agent that is diligent with their paperwork is what gives my customers the edge above the rest.
My family has always coined me as "Sunshine" and I must admit it fits! I am a people person that likes to listen and wants to help. With having a total of four kids in my blended family and two big dogs I know how important every detail is!

Buyer reviewFor my situation, I didn't have much time to look, Jessica set aside an entire weekend for me. Even picked me up at the airport in Tampa and Dropped me back at the airport that weekend. Like i said she went over and beyond with her dealings with me. I am forever thankful. Since I was dealing with a time crunch and currently lived out of state, it was very important to me that the agent I dealt with understood all of my needs and was ready to hit the ground running the moment I arrived in Florida. Jessica Decker went over and beyond in helping me. Jessica Decker handled nearly everything for me and answered my desperate phone calls while I was traveling across country. Jessica is a true gem and wonderful to work with. Jessica Decker was a truly and Ideal agent to work with. She took the time to anticipate all of my needs and handled many phone calls for me. She kept me updated at all times.

Buyer reviewWe were moving from out of state and started working with Jessica in Aug of 2014. She never gave up on us. My wife wanted one city and I wanted another. Ultimately my wife won and Jessica helped me realize how much I will love the area. We are so thankful for all of her help. With my wife being out of state we needed an agent that could be her eyes for me. We will tell everyone about Jessica and how smooth everything went with her as our agent. Oh and she's also VERY sweet and nice to talk to so looking at homes wasn't a chore with her.
