Jessica was able to accurately determine market price and matched the final appraisal to the dollar. Jessica was instrumental in communicating what was needed to prep my home for show. Due to pet considerations Jessica was able to give me plenty of advance warning on showings and flexible with my needs. After leaving town Jessica was able to arrange for cleaning and mechanical repairs going way above normal call of duty in exhibiting excellent customer service. Last minute negotiations were simple and direct. I highly recommend Jessica Robinson as she's the best!
