She did the research to get the proper listing price and offered many good suggestions on staging the property. I would definitely recommend her to any property owner. She even helped me with packing and found someone with moving boxes to give to me. That is way beyond expectations! She did such a good job selling me a home I used her again to sell the property.

She was determined to help me find the property I wanted and once I did, she helped me with all the details in the process. I was able to get an amazing deal on the property I found, even though it was a complicated foreclosure situation. Later Jessica helped my son find the property he wanted in Kerrville, and once again she worked hard to get everything done efficiently. She is very honest and puts the interests of her clients ahead of her own. Recently I purchased a property listed by Century 21 The Hills. Jessica did not represent me in this instance, but the transaction was seamless and I'm very happy with the property I purchased. In the future I plan to contact Jessica for any real estate needs and I highly recommend her as an agent.

She even took videos of homes we were interested in and sent them to us. She expertly navigated between the differing aesthetics of my husband and I. When we changed course and began looking at land, Jessica pivoted quickly. She was a valuable asset to have in regards to the community we moved to- we had little knowledge of what was even out there, or would be the best fit, and she helped us to quickly learn. Jessica was aware that one of the very important realtor traits she knew we needed to be satisfied with was a complete trust in her professional capacity to sell our house which was also very skillfully marketed and beautifully presented. Actually, Jessica had to sell our house twice, as the first buyer surprisingly had their funding declined. Jessica quickly found two strong offers and sold it again only days later... and, she even managed to have the sale close early. .
