Seller reviewJessica was amazing as we had moved to Redmond, WA when we put our house in Indianapolis on the market. We were no longer in state to deal with the day to day of home-ownership. She helped us get a lawn care person to care for the yard, found all low cost contacts and experts for dealing with issues found during the home inspection, and helped educate us when it came to final and best offers and different ways to negotiate to close the sale. And even with the 3 hour time difference, she never hesitated to get on the phone with us whenever we needed to. She really did a spectacular job for us. She also helped us get our Power of Attorney set up in order to complete the sale while we were out of state. She was so nice to work with and was also nice to our POA and the future buyers of our home. Her customer service is exemplary and I hope to use her again in the future when we move back to Indiana!
