Jessica went above and beyond for us. We had an extremely difficult seller and seller's agent. We started to lose hope and thought about giving up on our dream home several times because of how unreasonable the situation had become. Jessica understood what this property meant to both my husband and I and was such a cheerleader and positive voice when we needed it. If we had any other broker we wouldn't have made it thru everything. She answered my calls or would text me when she wasn't able to answer the phone. She spent evenings weekends and long hours dealing with our very difficult sellers. In terms of selling our house quickly she told us exactly what to do. It was a very long list and at times I wasn't sure if we could pull it off but we put our faith in her and everything sold fast and quickly.
