We had been interested in a property that was being handled by Jillian Merluse. We contacted her about it but it wasn't available anymore so she offered us other properties to look at. Due to covid restrictions we had to do everything virtually and by video calls. We are in CT. and Jillian was always available to answer any questions or concerns that we may have had. Although we could not be in FL personally, Jillian went above and beyond to get everything lined up and made us feel very confident in our decisions. if there was an "above excellent" category I would have checked that!! Jillian truly did an amazing job for us. As stated in my previous comments our experience purchasing this property, basically sight unseen due to our covid restrictions here in CT. was made comfortably and confidently by working with Jillian Merluse. She was able to show us and walk us through the property via video callings and was able to answer any questions we may of had. I have had some family and friends ask about our experience, and possibly looking at property themselves. Jillian was a pleasure to work with, she is very professional and knowledgeable. She was supportive when earlier buyer backed out of contract and gave great advice to help us going forward. Only took 3 months to sell our home in Zephyrhills. Exceeded our hopes. Whole process was easy and virus precautions were followed.

Julian Merluse was professional in all our dealings with her. She kept up today's with the business at hand.(up to date not today's). She projected confidence & comptence. I already mentioned how Jillian helped me because I was out of state when all of this went down. I am also an elderly lady slightly disabled and Jillian was able to walk me through a lot of forms, etc, that I had to fill out. I have never had to do these by myself before and she was a tremendous help to me. It seems that I was always texting her for help. She probably got sick of seeing my texts come through. But I knew that she would help. She would answer me within minutes. Even my partner who has sold his properties before mentioned that he has never had an agent work with him like that before that was so helpful. In all, it was a great experience. She made it so!
