We were living in Las Vegas and looking to move back to the Tampa area. We found a property that looked like a good candidate on realtor.com. Jillian was the agent. We called and she informed us that the property had been sold. However, we chose to work with her to locate a suitable home for us. She provided a number of options and after our discussions, settled on a home and made an offer. She aided us in locating a mortgage broker and we put the deal together. In June we closed on the property. Now, in mid-October, we are moved in, the home survived Irma with no damage. We couldn't be happier with the area, the home and all of the assistance Jillian provided. We would heartily recommend Jillian as an excellent agent who was always there when we needed her. Jillian Merluse was an attentive & very capable agent. I live in Illinois, & the property being sold was in Florida. For me, this added an extra layer of concern. From the time the property was listed, through the closing, Jillian Merluse was excellent at keeping me appraised of all aspects of the selling process.
