Seller reviewPost closing of escrow documents and funds did not go as smoothly with Escrow Network as we'd hoped, but they remedied the problem 100% to our satisfaction. Jim was especially patient and willing to explain nuances of documents. He helped sort out the strengths of multiple offers without making the decision for us. He handled last minute obstacles in a competent way, satisfactorily to all. Best of all, we were able to sell and close within 21 days, thanks to Jim. Post closing of escrow documents and funds did not go as smoothly with Escrow Network as we'd hoped, but they remedied the problem 100% to our satisfaction.
