Seller reviewJim did an excellent job selling my condo. I had rented it out for a long time and the tenants turned it into a fixer. Jim arranged for many potential buyers to come and view the property and obtained feedback from them about their concerns. A buyer did see the value in the property and Jim worked with this buyer to address all the concerns and facilitate a timing closing. Jim secured a very good price for the property and took care of many issues to numerous to list here. I am very pleased with Jim's work and would highly recommend Jim to others.

Julie did a great job as Jim's transaction specialist. It was a pleasure working with Julie. The sale of my condo was complicated because of issues with the HOA that were out of my control. Jim was able to navigate these issues and provide me with solid advice to get the transaction completed in a reasonable amount of time. Jim has been sending me postcards for several years.
