Jiwan Ripley proved to be extremely knowledgeable in the Sandpoint general area. Asked the right questions and found us a house that we wanted. He also did things that you would not normally expect a real estate agent to do such as picking up the mail and packages and putting them inside the house while we moved to the area.

We started looking in 2015 and Jiwan was incredibly quick to respond, yet he wasn't pushy. This, along with his genuine personality and confidence, were what sold us on him. We're so glad to have him on our side! We went through considering a lot of properties. Jiwan's experience and knowledge of what we were looking for helped to knock out a lot of possible wasted time. He got to know us, then was able to direct us well. I wish there was a "better than excellent" category that we could pick for him. We not only loved our experience with him, we also referred my parents to him, as well! Our family asked if we had made any friends in Sandpoint, and we were able to say that our Real Estate agent was our first friend here. :)

This man is a giant asset to your company. His loss, even at retirement ,will be a great loss to you. He represents Century 21 in the most professional way such a standard can be held. Then with that professionalism takes it to a personal level like hes known you all his life. He is no longer a real estate agent to me. He is a dear personal friend. I look forward to doing business again with Jiwan.
