Once found our home, Jiwan Ripley was right there with us and helped us to jump thru all the loops that we needed to jump in order to make our purchase. He went above and beyond in the call duty! Always approachable with every step of the process, informing us with changes, needed items, stalls, and just about anything that was thrown our way, he was always the first to take the hit! Truly a keeper!! Jiwan Ripley is an amazing realtor! Reliable, outstanding communication, caring and excellent listening skills as to what our needs and wants were. He was always accessible whether phone, email or text and fast to reply something that with this fast paced work life is hard to find in a realtor. I can say that he was working for us and with us in our purchasing adventure! Thanks to Jiwan Ripley, we are now living in our forever home!

He felt he could help us and so we decided almost right away that we would secure Jiwan as our agent. He was very helpful in giving us instruction as to what we needed to do to make the house presentable for showing. We sold our residence in a timely manner and received a very fair price. Jiwan also was instrumental in helping us purchase the home at 4980 W Cougar Circle, Coeur d' Alene, ID. It was very helpful to have Jiwan get us through the process of selling and then buying another home. We would give him "5 Stars" for his help and encouragement through this entire process! And, we would be more than happy to recommend Jiwan to family and friends who might be interested in selling or buying in the future.
