I met John through a friend of mine who recently purchased a condo in Little River using John as her realtor. I lived out of state and put all my trust in John and his knowledge of the area. I visited the Myrtle Beach and John took me around to several condos. Then we did several virtual tours of condos and mobile homes. There were a few things John steered me away from because that was in my best interest. He never told me "no don't take that one" but he gently steered me away from a few that we're not suitable for me. I would certainly use John if I decide to move again and I would recommend him if I hear of anybody looking for a qualified Realtor. John handled negotiations of the purchase price and terms to my satisfaction. He also did some negotiations on repairs after the inspection. I had dealings with so many different people I'm not sure what offices they were all in, but everybody from the start to the finish was so kind and helpful. When I had to make multiple phone calls and ask multiple questions I never felt like I was being an annoyance. I was very pleased with John not only with his professionalism but with his everyday kindness and his character.

John was extremely helpful and patient with our process. Living in another state made the process more daunting for us but John was fantastic in dealing with these challenges

He treated us very professionally even after I mentioned we were just looking and had not made a final decision. John took the time to show us around. John took the time to show us around some of the sites of Myrtle Beach. It was more of a friendship. with the housing market at a high demand we found there were a lot more people looking for homes and not many were available. this therefore made the process some what demanding and nerve trying. john never gave up searching for us . he looked day and night spending relentless hours searching for us and for that we are grateful to have had a great dedicated sales agent whom we feel went above and beyond to find us not just any house but the one we really were looking for.

I am glad that I chose them to sell my house. I will highly recommend them.
