Buyer reviewMr. Hulse was very receptive to my personal needs when it came to having a community and homesite that was private and preserved nature. He was always easily accessible by phone, text, or email. Mr. Hulse is very well organized and energetic. He made the home building/buying process a lot easier for me being an out-of-state buyer . Throughout the entire lengthy 8 month home construction process he was there every step of the way. His professionalism , humor, communication, commitment, and receptiveness to me as a client was above and beyond. I would definitely use Mr. Hulse if I were to ever sell or by another home. My experience with him has been amazing and I would highly recommend him without hesitation to anyone I know who may be looking to buy or sale their home. Mr. Hulse was always very pleasant to communicate with. Communication was consistent and he was always easily accessible day or night. The entire staff at Century 21 Barefoot Realty were always pleasant, respectful, and courteous.

From viewing over 30 properties in 2 days to writing multiple offers (due to the crazy current market) he went above and beyond what he needed to do and kept a smile on the entire time while doing it. Purchasing a condo in Myrtle Beach when living in Ohio is stressful and he provided much comfort during the process. He kept a sense of humor while being professional through the entire process (which was not easy because I am kind of needy). I highly recommend him!!!
