Seller reviewJonathan Judson helped us negotiate every step and saved us thousands of dollars that another agent would have deducted off the asking price up front. Jonathan took time to understand our situation, needs, and desires and helped us get the right home. He didn't just try to make a quick sale. He gave useful tips on how to maximize the value of our home. Another realtor said to sell the home as it was for $135k. Jonathan suggested improvements that cost me $3k but enabled us to sell our house for $220k. This is not an exaggeration! I did the work so it only cost me $3k for materials. Jonathan was patient allowing me 5 weeks to get it done.
