I am a local realtor that has been in the area for over 30 years. I work with buyers and sellers in the Flagler and Volusia county area. I am a member of the Daytona Board of realtors and the Flagler county board of realtors. The cities I work with are: Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, South Daytona, Ponce Inlet, Daytona beach Shores, New Smyrna, Edgewater, Deland, Deltona, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, Palm Coast and any other cities in between the two counties. I work with single family homes, condos, vacant land and condotels. I look forward to working with you if you are selling or buying a home in the Daytona area.

We were more than pleased with Joe and all he did for us. When viewing property Joe pointed out things concerning the property that we hadn't noticed. Really appreciated that.
