Josh Madsen is a real estate professional with years of experience in high level sales, negotiating, marketing and advertising. Buyer reviewJosh is the MAN! If you want to buy or sell a house, work with him. If you want your house to sit on the market or waste your time, go wth somebody else! He was able to work with my time constraints (4 12 hour night shifts) with no problem and knows the areas well! I certainly couldn't have done this myself. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone I come across who is looking into buying or selling a home. I also would like to give a shout out to Kim Hendry and her team at City Wide Home Loans for working with Josh to make this happen as well! Being a Marine veteran, I can attest to the fact that this is an easier process then the classes they give you before you get out make it seem like. I appreciate everything you guys have done for me!

Buyer reviewJosh was really the person we worked with to get this all done, all other contact with Century 21 was minimal, it really resides with him that we would work with Century 21 again. We don't have any other experiences, but with the experience he provided I'd use his services again. Josh knows a lot of the ins and outs, he is experienced and knew the community well enough to find us what we wanted. The market wasn't really in a place where he could negotiate, but he was still able to get us a few of the things we wanted. I would definitely recommend working with him.

Seller reviewStrongly recommend Josh for anyone looking to maximize their investments and sale their homes. We had high expectations and Josh blew them out of the water! We thought we knew what we were gonna get for our first home.. Josh had different ideas. BETTER ideas. We sold our first home for above asking price in ONE day thanks to him! Lots of friends and folks made fun of us for buying In Rose Park when we did.. Well we are laughing all the way to the bank as a result of Josh's vision now! Thanks for everything Josh!!
