Josh was ALWAYS there when we needed him!!! As first home buyers we were both a little nervous on what actually had to be done. Josh took very good care of us along the way and educated us on how it all worked. He is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. He bent over backwards for us to make sure we weren't getting stiff armed along the way. He went above and beyond on so many things. None of this would've been possible if it weren't for him!

Josh was very easy to work with. In a very professional way Josh got to know us so he could understand our needs better and it is the best way he could have gone about it to find us the right home. We were so impressed to see that the first home he showed us is the home we ended up getting. He is very good at what he does and we would definitely use him in the future again.

Working with Josh was an amazing Journey. Previous to buying this new home, I had owned my first home for about two years. When I purchased my first home, my sister was my real-estate agent. So I had no idea what to expect from an Agent while I was working with her. I just figured that my sister would take care of me and help guide me during the process. Then the time arrived for me to sell my home and buy a bigger home with my partner. We heard about Josh through some mutual friends of ours and decided to give him a shot. At first I felt a little bit guilty for not using my sister. However, that guilt quickly faded away after my first meeting with Josh. I was completely blown away by how professional & knowledgeable he was. He had an answer for every single question that I had, and then some. Our communication was Top-Notch from the beginning to the end, and this was aa six month process. Josh was always very upfront about everything right from the start, even if the information that he was communicating wasn't the information that I wanted to hear. I had the feeling and impression that Josh takes his job very seriously, as well as the wants and needs of his clients. I felt as though he really listened and paid much attention to what I wanted and didn't want. My partner and I could not be happier about the nice beautiful home that Josh found for us. Our home is perfect for our family and I wouldn't change a single thing about it. Not only did he find exactly what we were looking for in a home, he also worked out a great deal on it too. It is a beautiful feeling to have someone that you can truly trust in your corner. When the time comes that we need buy or sale again, Josh will be the first person that I call.
