Seller reviewJoy was the perfect realtor and wonderful to work with. It was a very stressful time selling and buying at the same time and Joy always was positive and encouraging. Especially when it came to dealing with the buyers of our house who did not make the process easy or enjoyable. Seller reviewOnce we listed with Joy Bolduc and Century 21 she was able to find a buyer for our land in a relatively short period of time. However, after we had signed a Purchase and Sale a problem came up with the title as a result of a mistake made by a bank with the owner of the land previous to us. While the bank was going through their process to correct this problem Joy did an excellent job of maintaining communications between our buyer and ourselves, took care of several extensions and engaged in regular contact with the bank to assure they moved the correction along. Once the bank had made the correction Joy quickly and efficiently arranged the closing. We were very satisfied with Joy's work, professionalism and expertise. We will, and have, recommend her to others.
