Seller reviewI have done business with this broker, although with a different agent. I have known Joy Bolduc and her family for many years. Joy is very good to talk with and kept me updated on what was going on. She is knowledgeable and trustworthy. She explained procedures very clearly. I have never sold a house on my own before and Joy made it a very comfortable experience. Whenever I stopped in to leave anything for Joy, everyone in the office was very pleasant and helpful.
