Judy Petrocella knew exactly what to do when putting in our offer and got us the best deal possible! Anything Judy didn't know, she immediately took the time to learn it to make sure she was an expert when the time came. She made sure we didn't skip a beat throughout our entire process. I never questioned trusting Judy with this huge part of our lives (and I second guess a lot of decisions). She was our rock for the everlasting two month process! Now that's it's all said and done, we still feel like we did EVERYTHING right! And that's thanks to Judy's help.
